"To Learn HTML" Goalplan Description:
 HTML (HyperText Mark-up Language) is the accepted standard code used in building pages for the World Wide Web. The language of HTML is simple to learn because it does not require knowledge of programming, and it allows you to use your native language and simply "mark up" the text with "tags." These tags instruct the viewing program (most likely a Web browser) to format sections of text, display images, or create links to other pages or documents.

There are many resources available for learning HTML. Mastering HTML is an on-going process (much like learning a foreign language); there will always be developers who find additional ways to use HTML to make web pages more dynamic.
