"To Buy a House" Goalplan Description:
 Owning your own home, whether it's your first house or your dream retirement house, can create a great sense of pride and accomplishment. The cost of a home is primarily determined by the square footage, size of the lot, and the area, city and state where you would like to live. Once you have decided where you want to live, you must determine what you can afford and how quickly you would like to have the keys to the front door of your new house in hand. Although the process can sometimes be both frustrating and tedious, this is truly an exciting goal to accomplish. This "To Buy a House" Goalplan can be achieved in as little as approximately 4 months (plan and purchase and existing home) to approximately 2 years (plan, purchase property and build a custom home).
